Saudi Arabia Raises $3.25 Billion Through Sukuk

Saudi Arabia has raised $3.25 billion through a two-tranche sale of US dollar-denominated sukuk, marking its second debt issuance this year. The offering included $1.25 billion in five-year sukuk and $2 billion in 10-year sukuk, priced at 70 and 80 basis points above US Treasuries. Investor demand exceeded $15 billion, highlighting strong interest in Saudi debt. The kingdom will use the proceeds to meet general domestic budgetary requirements.
